I. L'ANCRAGE
正身立無極
Le corps s'érige dans le Vide,
懸頂接天光
Le sommet suspendu reçoit la lumière.
呼吸歸自然
Le souffle revient au naturel,
四要細長深
Quatre clés : fin, long, profond.
降服心猿馬
Dompter le singe et le cheval,
意守歸本源
L'intention garde la source.
II. LE RÉSERVOIR
- 下田藏金藥
Le Dantian cache le remède d'or,
- 熱氣生腹中
La chaleur naît au creux du ventre.
- 提肛閉地戶
Huiyin s'élève, scellant la Terre,
- 精氣不外流
L'essence et le Qi ne fuient plus.
- 百日築基功
Cent jours pour bâtir les fondations,
- 水滿自溢流
L'eau pleine déborde d'elle-même.
III. LE FEU ET LA MONTÉE
- 反吸壓丹球
Inspir inversé, presse la perle,
- 水火交坎離
L'Eau et le Feu s'unissent (Kan-Li).
- 尾閭開鐵門
Weilu ouvre la barrière de fer,
- 命門照脊骨
Mingmen éclaire la colonne.
- 夾脊透雙關
Jiaji traverse les omoplates,
- 玉枕入腦宮
Yuzhen pénètre le palais du cerveau.
IV. LE SOMMET ET LE PONT
- 百會匯乾坤
Baihui réunit le Ciel et la Terre,
- 陽極轉陰生
Le Yang pur se change en Yin.
- 舌抵鵲橋路
La langue trace le Pont de la Pie,
- 玉液潤咽喉
La liqueur de jade humecte la gorge.
- 氣落膻中穴
Le souffle tombe au point Shanzhong,
- 心火歸平靜
Le feu du cœur retrouve le calme.
V. LA ROTATION ET LE RAFFINEMENT
- 周天轉不息
Le cycle tourne sans cesse,
- 意領氣隨行
Le Yi guide, le Qi suit.
- 文武調火候
Feux civil et martial s'équilibrent,
- 凝神入泥丸
Le Shen se fixe au Palais de Boue.
- 洗髓清脈道
Le lavage de la moelle purifie les canaux,
- 渾身透玉光
Le corps entier brille d'un éclat de jade.
VI. LE VIDE ET L'UNION
- 胎息真呼吸
Le souffle embryonnaire est le vrai souffle,
- 丹田自起伏
Le Dantian pulse de lui-même.
- 忘我入無極
Oublier le soi, entrer dans le Wuji,
- 虛空化大道
Le Vide se fond dans le Grand Tao.
- 行坐皆在道
Marcher ou s'asseoir, tout est dans la Voie,
- 妙理在自然
La vérité réside dans le Naturel.

The tongue traces the Magpie Bridge,
- 玉液潤咽喉
The jade elixir moistens the throat.
- Qi descends to the Shanzhong point
The breath descends to the Shanzhong point,
- The heart-fire returns to calm
The fire of the heart returns to calm.
V. ROTATION AND REFINEMENT
- The cycle turns ceaselessly
